원래 비교급은 much, even, still, far, a lot 등과 같은 부사들이 꾸밀 수 있으며 very 나 many는 수식이 불가능합니다.
She is very more beautiful than her sister. (x)
She is many more beautiful than her sister. (x)
-> She is much/even/still/far/a lot more beautiful than her sister. (o)
하지만 more 라는 비교급뒤에 위 처럼 형용사나 부사가 아닌 가산 명사의 복수 형이 있다면 much와 같은 부사는
꾸밀 수 없고 many 가 꾸밉니다.
Our school has much more school buses than yours. (x)
Our school has many more school buses than yours. (o)

쉽게 하기 위해 정리해 놓은 것입니다. 매년 한, 두문제씩 꼭 출제 되니 기본적으로 외우고 있어야 하겠습니다.

to부정사를 목적어로 취하는 동사 (소풍동사)
소풍가기를 원하는(want, would like, desire, wish, hope, expect, need)사람들에게 남산에 동의(agree, consent) 하는지 거절(refuse)하는지 의향(intend, tend)을 묻고 설득해서 (ask, persuade) 가기로 결심(decide)한 사람만 선택(choose)하여 약속(promise)하고 계획을 짠다(plan).
(1) want, would like, hope, wish, desire :「원하다」
I want to play soccer this weekend.
(2) expect :「기대하다」
I expect to find a good frined.
(3) decide, determine, resolve, choose :「결정하다」
She decided to postpone the meeting.
(4) plan :「계획하다」
I plan to go to America.
(5) promise :「약속하다」
He promised to come here tomorrow.
(6) agree, consent :「동의하다」
David agreed to accept the offer.
(7) offer :「제의하다」
I offered to work at this company to her.
(8) refuse :「거절하다」
David refused to take part in the meeting.
(9) pretend, affect :「가장하다, ～인 체하다」

▶ 전치사의 목적어 (관용 표현)
원칙적으로 to부정사는 전치사의 목적어로 쓸 수 없으나 다음은 예외이다.
. ⅰ) be about to V :「막 ～하려고 하다」
She was about to start on the project.
. ⅱ) have no choice/alternative but to V :「～하지 않을 수 없다」
He had no choice but to shed tears.
. ⅲ) know better than to V :「～할만큼 어리석지 않다」
I know better than to do such a thing.
동명사만을 목적어로 취하는 동사(메가패스는 계속(-ing)되어야한다) -메가패스 동사
